JLC Outdoors Inc. Irrigation Department’s technicians are fully trained and qualified to handle any irrigation problems that may arise on your property. From occasional repairs to complete system overhauls or upgrades. Do you have a high-water bill? Could be from improper watering, broken sprinkler head, broken pipe, or a valve not closing all the way. JLC Outdoors can perform a complete evaluation of your irrigation system to ensure proper coverage and watering.

During our evaluation, we will perform the following:

Do a complete run through of your irrigation system.
Make sure all heads are clean and working properly.
Check heads for spray direction and re-align if needed.
Reset your timer for REGULATION times and days.
Set each zone for appropriate watering duration.
Check rain sensor.
Advise you of any additional repairs or additions that may be needed for your system. (Only to be done with your approval under separate agreement.)

We also provide plans for monitoring and maintenance of your system for a reasonable monthly fee.
